Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of this application or its elements.

Handling requests and complaints related to accessibility
If we refuse to ensure the digital accessibility you requested in response to your request, and you do not agree with this refusal, you have the right to file a complaint. You also have the right to file a complaint if you do not agree to use the alternative access method we proposed in response to your request for digital accessibility. Any complaint containing:
- name and surname (name) of the complainant,
- address (indicating the town, street, house number, and apartment number) of the complainant,
- content of the complaint or request (the content can be expressed in any way, but it is important that it allows to determine the subject of the complaint).

Architectural Accessibility
PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Headquarters- There are no designated parking spaces for disabled persons in the immediate vicinity of the building.
- Access by public buses: stops Dw. Wileński 01, 02, 04, 05 (stops accessible for disabled persons), Dw. Wileński 09, 10 (stops partially accessible for disabled persons).
- Access by tram: stops Dw. Wileński 03, 07, 08 (stops accessible for disabled persons).
- Access by metro: Metro Dworzec Wileński stop.
- The building has two active entrances for employees, guests, and visitors from Targowa street and Wileńska street, both entrances are accessed by stairs. There are no ramps or platforms for wheelchairs at the stairs. Before reaching the reception, one must overcome external stairs (5 steps) and internal stairs (4 steps). The massive, heavy external doors do not open automatically. The internal doors open automatically. The entrance from Solidarności street, has been adapted for disabled persons and people with low vision. The pedestrian gate with an intercom is located at gate no. 8. From the gate, a path of adequate width with tactile paving guiding users leads to the building entrance on the lower ground level of segment C.
- The building allows entry for persons with mobility impairments using wheelchairs via the gate from Solidarności street and the Suppliers Entrance. The opening the gate and the building door requires assistance from another person. Reaching the reception requires going through internal stairs (7 steps).
- The receptions are located to the right of the entrances from Targowa street and Wileńska street. Further passage is secured by gates through which a person in a wheelchair can pass.
- According to the physical security procedure of the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Headquarters, a guest or visitor cannot enter the building without the presence of a company employee (the inviter, a representative of the respective unit, or a Railway Security Guard (SOK) officer if the visitor is going to the Headquarters Presidium).
- For persons using wheelchairs, the corridor at the receptions and access to the elevators are available. From the elevators, persons in wheelchairs have direct access to office floors in segments marked as A, B, D, and E. Due to the offset between the floors of segment C and the floors of segments marked as A, B, D, and E, access to the office floors of segment C directly from the elevators is hindered by stairs. The corridors in segments A, B, D, and E are not accessible on the lower ground and ground levels of the building due to stairs.
- The dimensions of the elevators allow their use by persons with mobility impairments using wheelchairs.
- There are no toilets adapted for disabled persons in the building.
- The building and all its accessible rooms can be entered with an assistance dog and a guide dog after informing the building security in advance. One post is open until 6 PM, the other is open 24/7.
- There are no ramps or platforms in the building.
- There are no voice announcements in the building.
- There are no Braille or high-contrast markings or large print for the blind and visually impaired in the building.
Communication and Information Accessibility
- In the reception and other places in the building, you cannot use a Polish sign language interpreter.
- Induction loops are installed in the building receptions.
- Two portable induction loops are available in the building.
